Match Rules

1. The rules of any fisheries used for contests must be adhered to.

2. Keep Nets must be dry and can only be put in the water 15 minutes before match starts.

3. No baited rods to be left unattended.

4. Hair rigging of baits allowed. Use of P.V.A. bags/netting allowed

5. No Braided lines

6. All contestants must fish their designated peg unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of match secretary or two committee members.

7. No litter of any description to be left in pegs.

8. If not in attendance of peg at weigh in, it is at the discretion of those doing the weigh in as to whether to include that peg.

9. A fine of £5.00 will be incurred if the peg number is not returned at the end of the match.

10. A period of one-hour minimum is allowed for setting up after the draw has taken place.

11. No pre-baiting prior to the match

12. Bank walking is permitted as long as it is not invasive of other contestants

13. All names and monies to be in the hands of match secretary by 10P.M. on the meeting night prior to the match.

14. All contests to be the duration of five (5) hours, unless otherwise voted for by contestants

15. Cell phones to be used in consideration i.e. silent/vibrating. Cross pool information is not permitted.

16. The committee’s decision on any matter not provided for in these rules shall be final

17. No blood worm, Joker or baits with any traces of additives of the afore mentioned.

18. All fish must be landed on your own tackle. I.E. rod/pole to be eligible to be weighed in.

19. No Bolt Rigs allowed, free running feeder on line only.
